Post the listing on our website and RSS feed.
Refer appropriate candidates from our dozens of other open positions.
Screen all incoming resumes, based on agreed-upon criteria.
Conduct first round interviews by phone with qualified applicants.
Conduct second round interviews in person with those who pass 1st interview.
Present up to three qualified candidates to the client; clients may make a decision from there, or conduct a third interview and make a final hiring decision.
